Over the last few weeks, we have had student volunteers from the University of Sheffield delivering interactive workshops to our pupils in Year 5 and Year 6. These have been focussed on animal adaptations to specific biomes, which has fitted in perfectly with our geography topic. The children got to handle and study a range of specimens, including a Venus fly trap! What a great opportunity!
